Salon etiquette
Our motivation as a company is to provide professionalism, comfort and complacency for our customers, therefore we do our best to find your needs the right appointment, the perfect treatment and therapist.
We provide professionalism to our guests every day of the week -sometimes even on holidays.
The whole team cooperates with patience and empathy: just as our Thai therapists as Hungarian coworkers to make operations smooth for our guests. Thus we settled a short salon etiquette to follow. Please read below.
Booking, cancellations and delays
Every appointment is flexible in our salon in order to welcome and reach as many guests as we can. One of our missions is to ensure participation for more and more people to relax with our pleasant treatments.
However considering that our masseurs provide physical work during the day, it is necessary for them to take breaks between massages. We kindly ask you to respect their break time when booking and arriving for the treatment.
Unfortunately, with your delay, longer than 10 minutes, we are not able to give you a full length massage since it would impact our therapist and other guests.
Other unexpected aspects can result in delays as well, therefore we encourage you to contact our staff in time so we can handle your appointment for the benefit of all.
We kindly ask you to cancel or modify 24 hour before your treatment if possible.
Giftcards
Every service we provide can be bought as a gift, validating from the day of purchase the voucher expires in 8 months.
It is necessary to book an appointment -noting/assign the voucher number- via email or telephone with our staff. The booked appointment can not be canceled within 24 hours before it is held, otherwise the gift cards value will be decreased by 50%.
Vouchers past the validity period can be extended for 14 days, after that customers can still use them for 2 more months paying 50% of each voucher price in our salon.
We are not able to accept vouchers past the validity time by 2 months.
Hygiene and illness
In our salon we pay full attention to hygiene constantly. We work with quality products and strive for complete purity through multi-aspect control.
If you become ill, feel free to postpone your massage as it may be dangerous for both the other guests and the masseurs to catch it.
In case of non-contagious illnesses, please indicate your health situation to our staff in order to find the most suitable and the safest treatment for you.
Of course we manage your data as confidential information and we only use it to protect our guests and our team.
Calm environment
In the Salon we are proud to keep our surroundings peaceful and we would like to kindly ask you to respect that by muting your devices and arranging your phone calls outside.
Our prices are no matter of agreement and our receptionists cannot give discounts other than already existing ones based on our webshop where you can find plenty.

Complacency
The team has skilled professionals with many years of experience, each of them working with different styles as a therapist. Naturally, we are not able to fit everybody's taste.
If you are not satisfied with your treatment, we advise you to make a remark to the masseur within 10-15 minutes. In this case we are able to compensate you the best we can, for example: with another therapist taking over for the following minutes.
However, after the treatment we are unable to offer compensation or refund despite your complaints.
All of these are formulated for long-term and trouble-free cooperation that meets all needs. Our team can call itself very fortunate as there are rare occasions for misunderstandings to cause guests leaving with a bitter taste.
